general tos updated 8/2/23:1.
by working with me you understand that i suffer from chronic pain and other issuesmeaning at times art may take more or less time then expected to complete. however there will always be public updates.1.2
if the time comes where i have taken longer than two months to start your piece you are entitled to a full refund [ please ask ]2.
as an individual i have the right to refuse a commission for any reason or cancel a commission at any moment [ with full refund ]however i do not owe you a reason for canceling the commission besides a simple notice3.
currently i have not developed a commercial license and until that point any users that commission me before that point are only required to make sure credit is posted somewhere on the page leading back to my commission page or social media platformnotice that my art is not to be used in nft projects. my art is not for free use and may only be used by individuals who have purchased custom art for their own brand or their clients brand. not following this rule is considered to be theft and will be treated as such.4.
i accept payment before i start or after approval of the very rough sketch. i will not accept payment at any further point.5.
keep in mind that my tos may update at any point, meaning if you commission any pieces from me in the future they will be confined to the new tos.

this is an official notice that by commissioning me you are in agreement to my tosrepeated or severe failure to follow my tos will result in a blacklist from engaging with or purchasing my art.if severe enough this will carry over to other artists in my community and circle as well. please respect your artists.6.
at the end of my commission after final approval i usually post the commission up on my socials !
if you dont want your artwork to be public please tell me beforehandhowever if you ever want it taken down after the fact please contact me and i will take it down no questions asked !7.
i ghost accounts that look like bots, please send a second message if i do not reply in a timly manner.payment plans.
they are encouraged and accepted by me for any of my pieces above 20usd. however please keep in mind i will complete the piece in stages that align with the percent that you've paid me for !this is to avoid any worries of either party scamming the other one. i think that anyone should be able to afford the art that they want <3my boundaries
you are allowed to edit my commissions in whatever way you please.small adjustments to your commission as requested are fine however if i feel as though ive redraw the entire piece i will charge.i struggle from a few social / physical disorders that may make it difficult for me to communicate

my boundaries
you are allowed to edit my commissions in whatever way you please.
there is no reason to request edits from me if you are changing filters, editing the piece into a photograph ect. i just ask that you don't put my art depicting or engaging in any media that is inhumane.when you commission me i will make adjustments and edits as you wish however if i feel as though i've changed pretty much all of the piece from the first approved sketch i will either stop making the edits or ask if i can be compensated for my additional time on the work.unfortunately i struggle from social, mental and physical disorders which is why i focus on art as my both main source of income and an outlet. however it can make communicating with my clients difficult and by nature i may be misread !
if i do or say anything strange please ask for clarification. thank you <3my best work comes from having as much info to go off of as possible !

my commission process
once you reach out to commission me on any of my available commissioning platforms i will receive the following information before adding it to my queue
[ ref sheet, expression if applicable, and if its a headshot / fullbody / ect ]the more information i have when beginning an art piece the better it'll come out and the closer i'll be to the vision you haveyou'll be added to my pending list in my commission list and you will be expected to pay whenever you're ready too. however i will not start on your commission until you've paid me upfront. sometimes i will accept payment after i make the blocked out sketch but it depends on how im feeling.once payment is made and you've been added to the queue expect to check back on that site for updates and such or ask me directly for an update on your piece !
keep in mind depending on the size, complexity and placement in the queue your art may take longer than expected to be completed.longest assumed time for unanimated non ref sheet commissions > 4 weeks
longest assumed time for ref sheets or animated pieces > 6 weeks

qwaiko here im a freelance artist who has both infinite and finite hobbies and interests, if you'd like to know a little more about me you've found the right place :]i've always been really into art and gaming since i could first hold.. anything really, and due to having really good friends nowadays a lot of them have been kind enough to buy them for me without me even asking them lol this has somehow resulted in me having almost 200+ games on all my platforms combinedthe likelihood of me sharing a game in common with you is pretty high !
as i enjoy every genera of game and im often curious when hearing about titles i haven't played before. however.. if you want to link up and play games the quickest way to my heart figuratively is zomboid as its one of my favorite multiplayer games of recent time and i just dont have enough friends to play it with !other than that im really into animal care and aquatic life. currently i live with my friends family, however when i move into my own apartment i hope to have many large aquariums stocked with only the happiest fish. if the world was a fishtank id be a much happier man. i hope to make that my reality one day !i have an elderly rescue hamster [ 2+ years kept, ?+ years before rehomed to me ] and a turtle who is around a decade old now ! i love them both dearly

why art of all things
this is more of a personal look into my life so feel free to skip this !when growing up i felt really isolated both at home because unfortunately i couldn't figure out how to talk to other people. i always said the wrong things.
now that i've grown up i realize that this is a very normal experience !and something that can be overcome by learning to accept your faults and work towards improving yourself or finding people who do not mind the issues you have, however back then i didnt really have that option as i lived a very sheltered liferan away from home at the nearest chance i had because the living conditions were unlivable i was under 80 pounds when i left. when i got out i felt as though i had to learn how to be human for the very first time and it has been scary for me.growing up art was the only comfortable silence i had no matter how loud my head was or my family was. i've never really been able to put words to how im feeling or really feel much at all but ive always been able to express myself through my art. it's like a wordless language that can only be felt not heard.
